Hi my name is Ciara Conlon and I’m author of Chaos to Control a practical guide to getting things done.

I help organisations and their people get better results.

How? By focusing on the right stuff at the right time, by creating habits that create success, and by creating space for more creativity and innovation.

There is so much scope for improvement, we just need to know where to look.

After the birth of my third son I felt lost, the success I always imagined was nowhere to be seen. Frustration, failed businesses and debt was all I could focus on. On a trip to South Africa I was introduced to the world of productivity and David Allen’s book Getting Things Done. In a few years I learnt everything I could about productivity and personal organisation, and as a result I changed my life from mess to success. I decluttered my life, got organised and learnt how to focus on what mattered. I now help businesses and individuals do the same.

My Mantra

“With Productivity and Positivity there is little you can’t achieve”

Happiness and Positivity are central to everything I do. Productivity is not just about getting things done, it is about getting the right things done with as little stress and as much happiness as possible.

My Goal

My goal is to equip you with the tools and the attitude to live a happy and successful life. I aim to do this by sharing with you my journey in the hope that you can benefit from my experiences. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to feel frustrated, angry and underachieved. However I also know the incredible feeling of peace and calm and joy, as a result of changing my life from disorganized chaos to an efficient, workable flow. My journey is now a beautiful one where I feel gratitude for what I have. But that journey is on-going,I still have lots to learn and much space to grow but I now know how to enjoy the journey because the journey is all we have.

I live in a small seaside town in Dublin, Ireland with my three brilliant boys, wonderful husband and Kobie the dog!
